Privacy Policy
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how the team behind Buffalo Match ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile game on iOS or Android (the "App"). We strive to collect only what we need to operate, improve, and support the App. We do not sell your personal information.
Data We May Collect
- Device & app information (e.g., device model, OS version, language, time zone, App version, crash logs).
- Identifiers such as advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) where permitted, and a randomly generated user ID.
- Network & diagnostics (e.g., IP address, user agent) for fraud prevention, security, and service reliability.
- Attribution & campaign data from our advertising partners (see Attribution & Marketing below).
- In‑app interaction data (events, screens viewed, taps/gestures) for product analytics and quality (see Session Replay & Analytics below).
- Notifications data (your push token and delivery status) if you opt in to push notifications.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data.
Attribution & Marketing
To understand how users discover the App and to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns, we may collect campaign-related attributes via AppsFlyer or Singular. This may include advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID), IP address, user agent, install timestamp, and campaign metadata (e.g., network, campaign, ad set, creative).

- Singular: Privacy Policy
Session Replay & Analytics
To improve quality, debug issues, and enhance UX, we may record anonymized in‑app interactions using Smartlook or Microsoft Clarity ("session replay"). These tools can capture screen views, taps, and technical events. We configure them to avoid logging sensitive fields where possible.
Push Notifications
We use Firebase (Firebase Cloud Messaging) to send optional push notifications. If you opt in, your device’s push token is processed to deliver messages. You can opt out anytime via your device settings or in‑app notification settings (if available).

- Consent for push notifications and, where required, advertising attribution/analytics.
- Legitimate interests to improve the App, prevent fraud, and ensure security.
- Legal obligations when needed to comply with applicable law.
Data Sharing
We share data with service providers only to operate the App and for the purposes described above (e.g., AppsFlyer, Singular, Smartlook, Microsoft Clarity, Firebase). We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
Retention & Security
We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data; no system is 100% secure.

Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing in‑app notice.
